As far back as he can remember, Zbigniew has been interested in programming to make work a better experience for people. Today, as Lead Software Engineer at SeyfarthLean Consulting, he does exactly that.
With more than 15 years of software development experience, Zbigniew is part of the team that created SeyfarthLink and SeytMap, both of which have won the International Legal Technology Association Project of the Year award. Since their creation, Zbigniew has improved the web interfaces of these programs, their ability to organize and analyze data, and their integration with other firm tools. He also worked on voice-enabled chat-bots.
Zbigniew’s career in software development began at Rzeszów University of Technology in Rzeszów, Poland, where he earned a master’s degree in computer applications. His work in Chicago started in 2004, and he joined Seyfarth in May 2013 as a senior software engineer.
The firm impressed him, particularly in its adoption of Agile software development and focus on internal processes and continuous improvement, “which help deliver better results, faster,” he says.
A married father of two daughters and a young son, Zbigniew spends his free time with his family and enjoys mountain hiking and travel.
“I use my passion for web, web-related, and mobile technologies to help lawyers and clients find their own tech-based solutions.”
