About

Jenny Lee has spent her entire career at the intersection of the practice and business of law. As one of the pioneers of project management in the legal industry, she has spent more than fifteen years helping Seyfarth partners and their clients work through complexity, improve communication, and achieve better results.

Jenny has worked with attorneys and other professionals across the firm and with numerous clients on projects lasting several years. One such project was a multi-million dollar large-scale, program for a cross-border financial company that required a soup-to-nuts solution involving project management, process improvement and technology, plus travel between the US, Canada and the Caribbean (which Jenny did not mind).                

In addition to her “day job” working with clients, for the past three years Jenny has managed Seyfarth's strategic partnerships with the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium.  Our investment in these organizations is key to getting closer to our clients and hearing directly from them about their needs, as well as delivering the message about Seyfarth's capabilities and contributions to the industry.

Background

Jenny’s self-described “super powers” are breaking down difficult projects, helping people deal with difficult emotions, and coaching others through stressful circumstances - essential for the change management that comes along with innovation in legal. Also essential is her fearlessness to try new things, to get things done and sometimes, to jump in with both feet, even when failure is a possibility. Above all, she is most excited to help people and open their minds to the possibility of doing things differently. 

Outside work, you will find Jenny spending time on road trips, wood working, crafting, yoga, walking, and browsing Pinterest.
