As a Support Engineer, Drew’s mandate is to provide exceptional client service in support of our web-based client collaboration platform, SeyfarthLink. Whether he’s troubleshooting technical issues or assisting with client-focused solution configuration, he’s passionate about helping people solve complex problems while providing an excellent experience.


Drew has spent the last several years at Seyfarth in various roles focused on customer service, both for internal and external clients. When he’s not at work, you can find him running, playing basketball, or spending time with his wife and young son. He has won a number of race medals, but the one that means the most is his 2017 Chicago Marathon medal.
