About

As a Legal Solutions Architect, Andrew is responsible for helping legal teams find better and faster ways to do their work by using custom technology tools to support improved processes. Working with Seyfarth Family legal teams and the clients they serve, he focuses on designing and creating simple yet powerful applications that make the delivery of legal services better – for lawyers and their clients.

Andrew also recognizes that good data drives even better decisions. As a result, he works closely with SeyfarthLean’s product development team to deliver to clients the right tools, processes and even sourcing recommendations they need to better assess, analyze, manage and, ultimately, reduce legal risk for their companies.

Background

While working as a print and digital journalist after graduation from Seton Hall University, Andrew developed a knack – and a passion – for gathering and sharing information with others.

When he entered Chicago-Kent College of Law, he was drawn to opportunities where he could put his passion for teaching to work. After law school, instead of following a traditional path to practice, Andrew completed a fellowship at Kent’s Center for Access to Justice & Technology, where he helped teach students legal and technology skills. The students then used their newfound skills to create interactive legal tools for use by statewide legal aid organizations.

Outside work (and sometimes inside, too), Andrew isn’t shy about sharing his love of sports, admitting that he talks about any sport “constantly.” Still, he is able to find time on any given weekend for family activities and even the occasional home improvement project.

“All of the design and creation of technology solutions for our clients is driven by a simple principle: there has to be a better way.”
